VILNIUS, September 9, 2009 – Metasite Business Solutions developed and launched a WEB self-care solution for Effortel. The self-care enables prepaid customers refill accounts, view balance and detailed statistics, manage tariff plans and services, view promotions, etc. online. The scope of the solution covers design, development, implementation and subsequent system support and enhancements. The solution is integrated with Effortel’s internal systems and databases and deployed on Effortel’s hardware; end user GUI is also in the scope of the project.
The solution is intended to be launched in four EU countries.
Effortel is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator and also a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler, which offers the full range of management services, marketing and operational platform-based transaction processing.
Effortel Europe BV invests into and creates its own MVNO operations by creating joint-ventures with major brands across the world. The subsidiary Effortel Technologies SA provides MVNE services to Effortel Europe subsidiaries and to other organizations that are willing to launch MVNO services. For the moment, Effortel operates 4 MVNOs in cooperation with Carrefour, a global retail giant.
