the multi-tenant, highly configurable solution enabled our client to launch new customer portal instances with custom corporate branding and customised user journeys in a matter of minutes or at most hours instead of weeks or months.
Content is tailored for specific audience segments, with depth of personalisation ranging from very general to highly specific. Content customisation options extend from web page layout level down to single-word variations.
To enable gathering of complex user data, the solution supports creation of multi-page user journeys. These can include questions, confirmations, data forms, and more, all managed through the CMS without any need for additional coding.
A range of data items, managed through the CMS, can be embedded in the application UI pages with ease, facilitating easy integration of various data panels, buttons, and messages. The solution supports both authenticated and non-authenticated users.
