From problem to solution: a step-by-step approach
Problem Identification
We focus on understanding the business environment, goals, and users through research, interviews, competitor analysis, and personas to identify the real problem.
Wireframes & Prototypes
We create wireframes and prototypes to outline expected behavior, functionality, and user interactions with the website or application.
Validation and Testing
Using tools like surveys, A/B testing, GA, and heatmaps, we gather feedback from users and assess their interactions with the prototype.
Iteration and Improvement
We summarise findings, refine the product, and continuously improve through multiple iterations of validation and testing.
