We collaborated with Man Group to rebuild their global online platform, encompassing 30+ country-specific websites and various management systems. Key features of the developed solution
Metasite developed a custom Access Group management mechanism to eliminate the need for content duplication across Man.com’s country-specific websites. This solution allowed content to be displayed based on user roles and geographic location, simplifying content management for different markets.
To ensure compliance with various country-specific regulations, Metasite created a custom Disclosures management system. This feature enabled flexible control over legally required disclosures shown to users before accessing certain data, based on their role and location.
Metasite extended Drupal functionality and built a custom message exchange system using PHP Symfony, allowing seamless integration between Man.com and internal systems for the management and presentation of product data on the platform.
Metasite integrated the Alfresco open-source document management platform with Drupal, enabling efficient document storage, presentation, and automated import via FTP. This solution streamlined document handling for Man.com users and administrators.
