1. If your business can be globalized and digitized, it will be. Start pouring resources into development of world-class digital UX – or get out of the way, as the global platforms will crush you.

2. The AIs will become better than humans at many jobs very soon. Get prepared. Learn about Robotic Process Automation and Predictive Analytics, learn to based decisions on data. It is happening today.

3. Teach your kids and grand-kids knowledge-based programming and computational thinking. Learn it yourself as well. If a 12 year old can do it – so can you.
